I'm starting to realize that I'm half-assing this a lot. I was extremely gung-ho initially (the first few weeks) and then real life started creeping back. And this is why its SO HARD for people to lose the weight and keep it off. Its a life style change, not a temporary fix. My challenge to myself will be to make a list of WHAT EXACTLY I want to accomplish. What is it that I truly want? To be skinny? TO be fit? To fit into those size 7 jeans again?

Once I can specifically identify what I want, I think it will be a WHOLE LOT easier to work towards these goals... because they are tangible now... written down for the world to see (well maybe not the world, but they are out there).
I might set a daily goal for myself as well. Little things that are easy, but also progress... Maybe stuff like:
1. Run
2. 200 crunches/ ab exercises
3. Walk on lunch
4. Pack Lunch for work
5. Go on a night time walk
6. 30 pushups
etc, etc.. and mark them off as I go. ANYWAYSSSS enough brainstorming here... Action plan for tonight is to come up with an action plan, and find my motivation to succeed.
Until next time,
-A
